東方中科(002819.SZ):擬使用不超5000萬元進行新三板證券投資
格隆匯 6 月 30日丨東方中科(002819.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年6月30日召開第四屆董事會第二十一次會議審議通過了《關於預計公司投資新三板證券額度的議案》,同意公司在保障日常生產經營資金需求,有效控制風險的前提下使用不超過5000萬元人民幣的自有閒置資金進行新三板證券投資。
根據《深圳證券交易所上市公司規範運作指引》等相關法律法規和規範性文件的規定,此次使用自有閒置資金進行投資的業務尚需公司股東大會審議,預計不構成關聯交易。
