大摩:与腾讯合作有助提高中金(3908.HK)运营效率
大摩发表的研究报告指,中金公司(3908.HK)与腾讯(0700.HK)组合营,中金将持有当中的51%权益而腾讯则持股49%,双方业务范围包括软件开发、信息系统整合、维修及数据处理等。
该行认为双方正在合作层面推进,而未来或会更多举措或成果,而在科技/互联网及证券业务之间的合作,相信对券商而言属正确的发展路向,特别是零售业务,相信中金与腾讯合作有望提升其营运效率、经纪及财富管理业务,维持中金为其H股首选,评级“增持”,目标价18.53港元。
