格隆匯6月26日丨璋利國際(01693.HK)公告,公司預期截至2020年3月31日止6個月取得更高的虧損淨額約1.545億林吉特,代表公司權益擁有人應占綜合虧損增加約230%,報告期間的虧損淨額增加乃主要由於項目竣工受到延誤而導致算定損害賠償,使收益鋭減。報告期間後,集團已設法向其中一個項目客户爭取更多時間,故減少所涉及的算定損害賠償。集團亦已接獲其中兩個項目客户的終止函件,公司現正尋求法律意見釐定有關法律責任及重新評估算定損害賠償。
