四連板新力金融(600318.SH)提示風險：公司靜態市盈率204.67倍 滾動市盈率362.24倍
格隆匯 6 月 24日丨新力金融(600318.SH)公佈，公司於2020年6月19日、6月22日、6月23日連續3個交易日內日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%。2020年6月24日，公司A股股票收盤價格漲幅10.00%，自2020年6月19日以來已連續4個交易日漲停，累計漲幅46.42%，股價波動較大，敬請廣大投資者高度關注投資風險，理性決策，審慎投資。現將有關風險提示如下：
一、根據同花順iFinD顯示，截至2020年6月24日，公司靜態市盈率為204.67倍、滾動市盈率為362.24倍，同行業靜態市盈率為24.82倍、滾動市盈率為25.21倍，公司靜態市盈率和滾動市盈率明顯高於同行業水平。
二、根據公司於2020年4月25日披露的《2020年第一季度報告》，2020年第一季度，公司實現營業收入11,808.58萬元，較上年同期下降9.62%，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤455.99萬元，較上年同期下降78.30%。
三、截至2019年12月31日，公司賬面商譽餘額約4.9億元，佔公司歸屬於母公司所有者權益的38.92%，商譽佔比較高，存在減值風險，可能對公司經營業績造成一定影響。
四、公司信貸業務客户主要為中小微企業，可能因為債務人經營狀況不及預期等原因導致不能及時支付利息及歸還本金，存在法律訴訟和資產減值風險。
五、公司控股股東安徽新力科創集團有限公司(以下簡稱“新力集團”)持有公司股份120,999,907股，佔公司總股本的23.57%。截止公告披露日，新力集團累計質押股份數為120,999,907股，佔其直接持有公司股份總數的100%，質押比例較高。
六、公司5%以上股東安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司、張敬紅已於前期披露了減持計劃，截至目前，上述減持計劃正處在減持期內。截至2020年6月23日，張敬紅在此次減持計劃期間已累計減持公司股份430.01萬股，佔公司總股本的0.84%。
