中国海洋发展(08047.HK)发新股认购协议失效
中国海洋发展(08047.HK)公布,有关根据一般授权发行新股份一事,於上周五(19日),公司获认购人通知因北京及香港的新型冠状病毒疫情出现新的病例,担忧香港原定的通关时间是否能够如期开通,也担忧由於疫情及其他事件的冲击,香港的整体经济环境出现变化及不稳,认购人将不会按照认购协议之条款及条件进行认购事项。而公司与认购人之间并未有达成任何协议以进一步延後完成日期。因此,认购协议於当日已告失效。
