《新股消息》绿城中国(03900.HK)旗下绿城管理通过联交所上市聆讯
绿城中国(03900.HK)旗下代建业务绿城管理通过上市聆讯,由瑞信及德银担任联席保荐人。
初步招股文件显示,绿城管理主要业务为商业代建,占去年度收入近74%,亦提供政府代建及谘询服务。截至去年底止,公司收入达19.93亿元人民币(下同),按年增长近35%;计及已终止经营业务,纯利按年跌3%至3.24亿元。预期上市後,控股股东绿城中国将持有绿城管理约75%股权。
早前《路透》旗下IFR引述消息人士指,绿城管理计划在港筹集约2.5亿美元。
