比亞迪股份(01211.HK)：比亞迪半導體引入30位投資者共增資8億元 將積極推進上市工作
格隆匯6月15日丨比亞迪股份(01211.HK)公告，於2020年6月15日，董事會同意公司及比亞迪半導體與共30位投資者簽署《投資協議》及《股東協議》及其附件和相關補充協議（如有）。據此，本輪投資者按照目標公司的投前估值人民幣750,000.00萬元，擬向比亞迪半導體合計增資人民幣79,999.9999萬元，其中人民幣3,202.107724萬元計入比亞迪半導體新增註冊資本，人民幣76,797.892176萬元計入比亞迪半導體資本公積。
本輪投資者合計將取得比亞迪半導體增資擴股後約7.843129%股權。在本次增資擴股完成後，比亞迪半導體註冊資本為人民幣40,826.873589萬元，公司將持有比亞迪半導體增資擴股後約72.301481%股權，比亞迪半導體仍為公司的控股子公司，其財務資料仍納入公司合併報表範圍。
公司稱，自公司於2020年5月26日刊發有關比亞迪半導體引入戰略投資者的公告以來，比亞迪半導體增資擴股項目吸引了眾多財務及產業投資者。考慮到比亞迪半導體未來業務資源整合及合作，比亞迪半導體擬繼續引入韓國SK集團、小米集團、招銀國際、聯想集團、中信產業基金、厚安基金、中芯聚源、上汽產投、北汽產投、深圳華強、藍海華騰、英威騰等戰略投資者。本輪引入戰略投資者旨在實現業務協同、資源分享、互利共贏。比亞迪半導體將積極開展與本輪投資者的技術及業務交流，充分利用戰略投資者的產業資源，加強比亞迪半導體第三方客户拓展及合作項目儲備。
同時，比亞迪半導體本次增資擴股亦將有利於擴充資本實力，實現產能擴張，加速業務發展，全方位強化其人才競爭優勢和產品研發能力。受益於國內對新基建、新能源等行業發展的大力支持，以及對國產半導體自主可控的目標要求，國內半導體行業發展預計未來將繼續保持良好態勢。
