格隆匯6月11日丨博世科(300422.SZ)公告，公司於2020年6月11日召開的第四屆董事會第十七次會議審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍、修改<公司章程>的議案》。
原經營範圍：環保設備製造及銷售；環保設施運營(憑資質證經營)；環保技術研究開發及服務；市政工程施工、機電設備安裝工程、承接環保工程、園林綠化工程(以上項目憑資質證經營)；園林設施及設備的銷售、安裝；園林綠化技術諮詢、服務；自營和代理一般經營項目商品和技術的進出口業務，許可經營項目商品和技術的進出口業務須取得國家專項審批後方可經營(國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外)；農林生態開發；水污染治理；農副產品、農林作物的生產、種植、養殖、銷售；大氣污染治理；固體廢物治理；城鄉生活垃圾經營性清掃、收集、運輸、處理和處置管理服務(具體項目以審批部門批准的為準)；道路貨物運輸(具體項目以審批部門批准的為準)；市政工程設計、環境工程設計(憑資質證經營)；建築工程施工、河湖整治工程施工、水利水電工程施工(憑資質證經營)；消毒產品的生產與銷售(具體項目以審批部門批准為準)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)
