熊貓金控(600599.SH):擬向各銀行申請綜合授信5億元
格隆匯6月9日丨熊貓金控(600599.SH)公佈,公司第六屆董事會第二十次會議召開,審議通過了《關於向銀行申請2020年度綜合授信的議案》;
因業務發展需要,根據2020年資金預算,公司及各子公司擬向各銀行申請綜合授信,總額度為5億元,具體額度分佈視各銀行的批准情況而定,授信期限為經股東大會批准後一年內有效,擔保方式為信用擔保、公司資產抵押或質押、控股股東提供擔保等。公司董事會擬授權公司董事長在上述額度內與各銀行簽署相關合同或協議等事宜。
