中礦資源(002738.SZ)：中礦轉債將發行 原股東優先配售日與網上申購日為6月11日
格隆匯6月8日丨中礦資源(002738.SZ)公佈，中礦資源公開發行可轉換公司債券(以下簡稱“中礦轉債”或“可轉債”)已獲得中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可[2020]920號文核准。本次發行的可轉債簡稱為“中礦轉債”，債券代碼為“128111”。
本次發行8億元可轉債，每張面值為人民幣100元，共計800萬張，按面值發行。
本次公開發行的可轉換公司債券將向發行人在股權登記日(2020年6月10日，T-1日)收市後登記在冊的原股東優先配售，原股東優先配售後餘額部分(含原股東放棄優先配售部分)通過深交所交易系統網上向社會公眾投資者發行。
原股東可優先配售的中礦轉債數量為其在股權登記日(2020年6月10日，T-1日)收市後登記在冊的持有中礦資源的股份數量按每股配售2.8784元可轉債的比例計算可配售可轉債金額，並按100元/張轉換為可轉債張數。本次發行向原股東的優先配售採用網上配售，原股東的優先認購通過深交所繫統進行，配售代碼為“082738”，配售簡稱為“中礦配債”。
發行人現有A股股本277,926,476股，可參與本次發行優先配售的A股股本為277,926,476股，按本次發行優先配售比例計算，原股東可優先配售的可轉債上限總額為7,999,835張，佔本次發行的可轉債總額的99.998%。
社會公眾投資者通過深交所交易系統參加網上發行，申購簡稱為“中礦發債”，申購代碼為“072738”。每個賬户最小申購數量為10張(1,000元)，每10張為一個申購單位，超過10張的必須是10張的整數倍，每個賬户申購上限是1萬張(100萬元)，超出部分為無效申購。申購時，投資者無需繳付申購資金。
本次可轉債發行原股東優先配售日與網上申購日同為2020年6月11日(T日)，申購時間為T日9:15-11:30，13:00-15:00。原股東在2020年6月11日(T日)參與優先配售時需在其優先配售額度之內根據優先配售的可轉債數量足額繳付資金。原股東及社會公眾投資者在2020年6月11日(T日)進行網上申購時無需繳付申購資金。
