京東(09618.HK)開啟招股 店慶日上市
近期港股市場十分熱鬧，中概股迴歸成為市場熱議話題。據最新市場消息，赴港二次上市的京東(09618.HK)今日正式開啟招股，發行價格不高於236港元。根據京東披露的招股書，公司將於6月18日上市。值得一提的是，6月18日亦為公司第17個店慶日，今年店慶京東更是推出“百億補貼”回饋消費者。
規模經濟效應巨大 智能零售及供應鏈提高運營效率
根據2019年《財富》按收入統計的全球500強排行榜，京東是中國最大的零售集團，自創立以來保持了強勁增長。公司的淨收入從2015年的人民幣1,810億元增長到2019年的人民幣5,769億元，複合年增長率為33.6%。
京東擁有巨大的規模經濟效應，這為其在中國市場取得的成功提供了至關重要的競爭優勢。憑藉自身龐大的規模，京東能夠以有競爭力的價格提供種類繁多的產品，獲得有利的供貨條款，吸引更多的第三方商户入駐，同時能夠源源不斷的將更多資源投入到技術和物流基礎設施。京東的規模效應和市場領先地位讓公司不斷吸引更多新客户、增強客户忠誠度，進一步鞏固公司於市場領先地位。

及時和可靠的物流服務是京東成功的關鍵，目前京東已建立了中國所有電商公司中最大的全國性物流基礎設施。截至2019年12月31日，公司已在中國七個主要城市建立區域履約中心，亦已於28個城市建立前端配送中心以存放高需求量、高週轉率的產品，並於中國54個城市增建其他倉庫。於2019年12月31日，公司在89個城市運營700多個倉庫，總建築面積約16.9百萬平方米，包含京東物流管理的雲倉面積在內，公司的綜合履約基礎設施幾乎遍佈中國所有區縣。
憑藉覆蓋全國的物流基礎設施、先進的技術及物流專業知識，京東物流直接向客户配送大部分訂單。同時，公司與許多第三方快遞公司保持合作，以便將產品配送至自營物流基礎設施未有覆蓋區域的客户，尤其是在規模較小且欠發達的城市。
京東物流已成京東自營模式的關鍵，其已成為公司一塊閃亮招牌，不僅承當公司電商業務的主要配送任務，還為各行各業的業務合作伙伴提供物流服務。憑藉京東物流這塊閃亮的招牌，京東足以令國內電商感到“膽寒”。
