吉大通信(300597.SZ)：長郵通信變更經營範圍 涉建築機電安裝工程施工等
格隆匯6月4日丨吉大通信(300597.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到全資子公司吉林長郵通信建設有限公司(“長郵通信”)的報告：因業務發展需要，長郵通信的經營範圍作出相應變更。具體變更情況如下：
變更前：通信工程施工總承包壹級；電子和智能化工程專業承包壹級；通信信息網絡系統集成乙級；有線廣播電視工程企業總承包(限吉林省使用)；安防工程設計、施工；通信技術諮詢與技術服務；通信產品及網絡設備的研發、生產(生產限分支機構經營)、銷售與維護、修理服務；通信網絡代維基站專業與通信網絡代維線路專業；貨物運輸；房屋租賃、機械設備租賃、汽車租賃；室內外裝飾裝潢(不含危險化學品及易製毒化學品)；軟件系統開發與銷售；物流服務；智慧城市研發；雲平台、大數據開發、技術服務及轉讓；互聯網信息·服務和數據中心建設、運營服務(法律、法規和國務院決定禁止的項目不得經營，依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
變更後：通信工程施工總承包壹級；電子和智能化工程專業承包壹級；通信信息網絡系統集成乙級；機電工程施工；建築機電安裝工程施工；鋼結構工程施工；城市及道路照明工程施工；有線廣播電視工程企業總承包(限吉林省使用)；安防工程設計、施工；通信技術諮詢與技術服務；通信產品及網絡設備的研發、生產(生產限分支機構經營)、銷售與維護、修理服務；通信網絡代維基站專業與通信網絡代維線路專業；貨物運輸；房屋租賃、機械設備租賃、通信設備租賃、汽車租賃；建築裝飾裝修工程；軟件系統開發與銷售；物流服務；智慧城市研發；雲平台、大數據開發、技術服務及轉讓；互聯網信息服務和數據中心建設、運營服務(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
2020年6月3日，長郵通信已完成經營範圍的工商變更登記手續，並取得了長春市工商行政管理局朝陽分局核發的新《營業執照》，其他登記事項未發生變更。
