建生國際(00224.HK)預期年度淨利同比降逾92%
格隆匯6月2日丨建生國際(00224.HK)公告,董事會預期截至2020年3月31日止年度公司股東應占溢利淨額與截至2019年3月31日止年度相比,將錄得超過92%跌幅。
儘管截至2020年3月31日止年度期間集團來自投資物業的租金收入及經營溢利維持穩定,而溢利減少乃主要由於:(a)截至2020年3月31日止年度錄得投資物業公平值增加港幣5090萬元,與前一個財政年度錄得的港幣3.66億元相比,增長較低。董事會謹此説明該公平值變動乃為非現金性質,且其將不會影響公司經營現金流量;
(b)相比前一個財政年度應占酒店聯營公司錄得的港幣1.619億元溢利,年度應占酒店聯營公司錄得虧損港幣2.15億元,此乃主要由於香港社會運動及╱或冠狀病毒疫情影響所致。
