安賢園中國(00922.HK)年度溢利淨額預增超200%
格隆匯6月2日丨安賢園中國(00922.HK)發佈公告,預期集團截至2020年3月31日止年度的溢利淨額較上年同期將錄得大幅增加超過200%。
公告表示,有關增加主要由於集團錄得收益同比增長超過20%。有關增長主要由於政府鼓勵節地生態安葬而帶動對集團於杭州墓園的大型壁葬的需求上升。
此外,集團錄得行政費用同比減少超過10%。有關減少主要由於並無上年同期屬非經常性質的開支,包括(a)出售一間附屬公司及一間聯營公司的虧損約為300萬港元;及(b)其他應收款項的減值虧損約為500萬港元。
