*ST凱瑞(002072.SZ)：申請撤銷股票交易退市風險警示
格隆匯5月29日丨*ST凱瑞(002072.SZ)公佈，公司①2017年、2018年兩個會計年度經審計的淨利潤連續為負值；②2018年度經審計的期末淨資產為負值；③中喜會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)對公司2018年度財務報告出具了無法表示意見的審計報告，根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》第13.2.1條的有關規定，深圳證券交易所對公司股票自2019年5月6日起實行“退市風險警示”的特別處理，公司股票簡稱由“凱瑞德”變更為“*ST凱瑞”，公司股票代碼不變，仍為“002072”。
根據亞太(集團)會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)出具的保留意見的《2019年年度審計報告》，公司2019年度實現營業收入1532.67萬元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為854.12萬元，歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益為2358.46萬元。
公司經初步核查後認為:鑑於上述公司股票交易被實行退市風險警示後首個會計年度之審計結果，公司觸發《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》第13.2.1條相關規定被實行退市風險警示措施的情形已消除,公司符合申請撤銷股票退市風險警示的條件。同時經公司自查，公司以前年度發生的違規擔保事項，觸及《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》第13.3.1條第(四)款：“公司向控股股東或者其關聯人提供資金或者違反規定程序對外提供擔保且情形嚴重的”所規定的情形，公司股票交易應被實施其他風險警示，公司已就前期違規擔保事項對外詳細披露，已按照《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》等相關法律法規向深圳證券交易所提交了相關材料並於2019年8月21日對外披露了《關於公司股票被實施其他風險警示的公告》。
2020年5月29日，公司第七屆董事會第二十六次會議審議通過了《關於申請撤銷退市風險警示的議案》，公司於同日向深圳證券交易所遞交了撤銷退市風險警示的申請。由於公司以前年度發生的違規擔保事項尚未解除，公司仍存在應被實施其他風險警示的情形。因此，公司此次申請如獲批准，公司證券簡稱將由“*ST凱瑞”變更為“ST凱瑞”，證券代碼仍為“002072”。
