世紀華通(002602.SZ)2019年度淨利潤升69.77%至22.85億元 擬10轉2
格隆匯5月29日丨世紀華通(002602.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入146.9億元，同比增長17.30%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤22.85億元，同比增長69.77%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤20.13億元，同比增長155.39%；基本每股收益0.46元，擬以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增2股。
目前公司業務主要分為互聯網遊戲與汽車零部件製造。報告期內，公司互聯網遊戲業務實現營業收入121.46億元，同比增長23.91%。
端遊方面，經典端遊產品《傳奇》、《最終幻想14》、《冒險島》、《街頭籃球》、《龍之谷》、《傳奇世界》、《永恆之塔》、《彩虹島》等持續貢獻穩定收入。其中《最終幻想14》、《龍之谷》登陸騰訊Wegame平台後，新增用户及產品流水大幅提升。於2020年度，公司已推出熱血傳奇懷舊服，並同步於咪咕快游上線雲遊戲版本，以迴歸時長收費制、無商城售賣道具的經典版本內容受到眾多傳奇類用户好評，遊戲開服當日即追加四組服務器。
國內移動遊戲方面，《熱血傳奇手遊》、《傳奇世界手遊》、《龍之谷手遊》、《傳世3D》、《Love Live! 學園偶像祭》、《光明勇士》、《血族》等經典遊戲延續穩定表現。2019年公司陸續推出新品《熱血傳説》、《輻射避難所online》、《金裝裁決》、《命運歌姬》、《RWBY玫雪黑陽》、《流浪者小島》、《櫻桃灣之夏AKB48》等精品手遊，為公司帶來了良好的收益。其中《熱血傳説》截至目前累計流水已經超10億元人民幣。公司依託Bethesda IP“輻射避難所”自研的《輻射避難所online》手遊於2019年6月推出，一經上線即穩居IOS免費榜首位多日，保持較好的收入表現與口碑，驗證了遊戲的持續性及玩家的認可度。
海外移動遊戲方面，主要產品《阿瓦隆之王》、《火槍紀元》繼續保持優異的流水錶現，根據由App Annie發佈的中國APP發行商2019年月度出海發行商收入排行榜單，以海外遊戲發行業務為主的點點互動收入在2019年全年均位於三甲行列。報告期內，公司海外遊戲收入58.07億元，同比增長23.94%。
新產品儲備方面，公司持續加大新遊戲的研發及細分遊戲市場的佈局，目前公司擁有《龍之谷2》、《慶餘年》、《傳奇天下》、《代號：遠征（待定）》、《彩虹聯萌》、《小森生活》、《饑荒（暫定）》《Idle mafia》、《Project D（待定）》、《惡魔城（待定）》、《寶石歌姬（待定）》、《古龍羣俠傳（待定）》等數款移動遊戲正在研發過程中，涵蓋MMORPG、ARPG、放置經營、養成、卡牌等多種品類類型。
為增強研發實力，公司持續增加研發投入，報告期內，公司發生研發費用13.3億元，同比增長28.68%，近三年研發費用累計達到31.16億元。研發團隊規模進一步擴大，截至本報告期末，公司共有研發人員3594人，較上年增長8.45%；
