眾應互聯(002464.SZ)：2019年淨利同比降1442.67% 不派發現金紅利
格隆匯5月28日丨眾應互聯(002464.SZ)披露2019年度報告，2019年營業收入4.61852034.19億元，本年比上年減少41.66%，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-13.48409819.59億元，本年比上年減少1442.67%。
2019年公司權益分配方案為：公司不派發現金紅利，不送紅股，不以資本公積金轉增股本。
報告期內，MMOGA開始推動平台業務全面整體發展，整合運營體系，打造立體化的營銷渠道和技術壁壘，建立高效的合作商管理體系，並規劃新平台項目和支付業務。
報告期內公司從事的主要業務：
1)遊戲電商交易(MMOGA)MMOGA是歐洲地區最大的互聯網B2C遊戲垂直電商平台之一，專門為正版授權/註冊碼及遊戲虛擬物品提供相關交易服務。MMOGA專注於線上遊戲相關產品的零售行業，致力於為全球的優秀遊戲商品經銷商和遊戲玩家提供一個安全、可靠、高效、便利、專業的中介交易平台。歐美地區市場為主的全球遊戲玩家均可在MMOGA交易平台上採購到各類正版大型服務器遊戲軟件產品的授權碼/註冊碼、遊戲虛擬物品(點卡、道具、裝備等)以及預付費卡等產品。MMOGA自2007年成立以來，作為歐洲地區領先的互聯網遊戲電商交易服務平台，持續且始終佔據着德語區(德國、奧地利、瑞士)市場領導者地位，並且是德語區遊戲社區意見領袖，以及德語區遊戲虛擬物品在線交易市場的風向標。
2)傳統移動大數據流量分發業務(彩量科技)彩量科技原主要針對遊戲行業根據客户的遊戲特性全方面的制定推廣方案，在2018年由於國家對遊戲版號停止審核，彩量科技開始拓展傳統行業的移動互聯網廣告業務，擴展遊戲行業以外的保險、銀行、汽車等行業，合作模式還是基於在移動遊戲方面的經驗積累與對移動互聯網的深入理解，結合客户以及羣體的分析，同時結合媒體資源的特徵利用第三方大數據，實現客户的廣告營銷目標。
3)海外移動大數據流量業務(彩量科技)彩量科技擁有“APPCAKE”軟件著作權，“APPCAKE”目前所有用户忠誠度較高。彩量科技計劃利用海外安卓手機人口爆發的紅利、公司擁有的國內移動互聯網運營的經驗以及良好的運營推廣的合作伙伴等條件，發展海外移動大數據流量業務。
