三連板的*ST德豪(002005.SZ)：申請撤銷股票交易退市風險警示
格隆匯5月27日丨連續3個漲停的*ST德豪(002005.SZ)發佈股票交易異常波動公告，公司分別於2020年5月22日、5月25日在指定信息披露媒體上發佈了《2019年度股東大會決議公告》、《第六屆董事會第二十二次會議決議公告》、《關於申請撤銷股票交易退市風險警示的公告》等公告；
公司關注到有媒體對上述公告及近期深交所互動易上的相關信息進行了轉載、報道等。除上述情形外，公司未發現近期公共傳媒報道了可能或已經對公司股票交易價格產生較大影響的未公開重大信息。
2020年5月24日，公司收到深圳證券交易所下發的《關於對安徽德豪潤達電氣股份有限公司2019年年報的問詢函》(中小板年報問詢函【2020】第101號)(以下簡稱“《年報問詢函》”)，要求公司在2020年6月1日前完成《年報問詢函》有關説明材料的報送並對外披露，同時抄報安徽證監局上市公司監管處。
公司收到《年報問詢函》後，高度重視，積極組織相關部門及年報審計機構對相關問題進行逐項研究、落實，相關回復工作正在進行中。
2020年5月22日，公司召開的第六屆董事會第二十二次會議審議通過了《關於申請撤銷股票交易退市風險警示的議案》，並於2020年5月22日向深圳證券交易所遞交了撤銷股票交易退市風險警示的申請。根據深圳證券交易所《股票上市規則》第13.2.11條的規定：“上市公司股票交易被實行退市風險警示後，首個會計年度審計果表明本規則第13.2.1條第(一)項至第(四)項規定情形已消除的，公司可以向本所申請對其股票交易撤銷退市風險警示。”經審計，公司2019年度實現營業收入約29.8億元，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.64億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產約24.90億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為-38386.62萬元，立信會計師事務所出具了標準無保留的審計意見，公司對應的上述第(一)項至第(四)項規定情形已消除。
根據深圳證券交易所《股票上市規則》第13.3.1條第五項相關規定，公司股票可能存在被深圳證券交易所實施其他風險警示的風險。
深圳證券交易所將在收到公司撤銷股票交易退市風險警示申請後，根據實際情況，決定是否撤銷對公司股票實施的退市風險警示。
