格隆匯5月27日丨天茂集團(000627.SZ)現報4.81元,跌7.14%,暫成交2.1億元,最新總市值237億元。天茂集團昨日盤後發公告稱,公司決定終止通過發行股份、可轉換債券以及支付現金的形式吸收合併國華人壽並募集配套資金。此次重大資產重組歷時較長,在此次重大資產重組期間,外部資本市場環境發生了較大變化,部分交易對方對此次重組的股份發行價格、標的公司估值等核心條款提出了新的意見,交易對方無法在原定計劃時間內與公司就此達成一致。
