易華錄(300212.SZ)與華大控股簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯5月25日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，為支撐我國生命科學、生命經濟及數字經濟發展，推進我國基因數據事業進步，公司與深圳華大基因科技有限公司(“華大控股”)經友好協商，於近日簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。雙方將本着優勢互補、互惠互利、共贏共享的原則，圍繞雙方核心技術產品及產業資源，在存儲產品、數字經濟基礎設施、雲計算、生命科學、大健康、基因大數據及等領域開展深入合作。合作內容如下：
(1)共同探索建設大型基因資源和數據中心
易華錄與華大控股以大民生、大科學等項目為切入點，在大人羣基因組學數據的存儲、數據挖掘、異地災備等方面逐步展開合作，探索建設大型基因資源和數據中心，服務於國家或者地方政府的生命健康產業。
(2)共同圍繞“基因數據湖”進行市場開拓及運營
雙方聯合開發針對區域型“基因數據湖”解決方案，相互投入資源進行聯合運營。華大控股負責區域型基因數據庫的技術及商業場景支撐，為“基因數據湖”提供數據；易華錄負責對接政府渠道開拓，並落地滿足“基因數據湖”需求的數字經濟基礎設施，向用户提供優質低成本計算存儲資源，以及負責協調華大控股基因項目與區域地方政府、衞計委、醫院、街道社區等資源的業務溝通、政策支撐。易華錄同意在同等市場條件下，以最優價格為華大控股開放數據湖基礎設施資源，提供基因數據的存儲及應用服務。
(3)共同開發基因數據領域產品
華大控股將發揮其在基因數據領域產品、技術、品牌及渠道層面的優勢，易華錄將發揮在藍光存儲領域產品優勢，共同構建基因數據領域的超融合產品，以華大控股為主體進行市場推廣。
(4)聯合推廣個人基因服務方案
基因工程主要是服務於人類發展，每個人都可能會產生百G以上的基因數據，未來針對個人基因服務，一方面將在雲端開展，一方面將結合場景開闢多類商業模式，在基因領域提供面向C端的雲服務，由華大控股提供場景解決方案及基因領域的算法應用來豐富易華錄APP服務內容，易華錄提供“葫蘆”APP的存儲能力及數據湖生態為華大控股提供優質資源服務，雙方擬就個人基因數據存儲與應用共同開發to C市場的增值服務，開展聯合運營。
華大控股是全球領先基因組學研發機構，基因工程是國家重大戰略方向，此次框架合作協議的簽署，將為數據湖生態注入海量的基因數據，同時結合雙方數據要素共享與應用能力，公司可逐步開啟基因科學領域的數據應用市場拓展，探索醫藥衞生、保險服務、食品防疫等場景的數據運營商業機會，為數據湖引水賦能，構建數據湖運營生態。
雙方的合作將豐富數據湖的運營場景，提升數據湖生態價值，為數據湖項目貢獻長期穩定的現金流，對公司的業績增長和行業地位有深遠的影響。
