中交地產(000736.SZ):杭州美廬擬出資4.08億元設立合資公司 持股51%
格隆匯5月25日丨中交地產(000736.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司中交美廬杭州置業有限公司(以下簡稱“杭州美廬”)聯合上海花樣年房地產開發有限公司於2020年4月30日共同競得紹興市越城區鏡湖官渡路4號地塊,該地塊成交總價為41.56億元,土地用途為居住用地兼容商業、商務,佔地面積19.72萬平米,容積率為1.01-1.2,計容面積約為23.67萬平米,杭州美廬在聯合體中權益比例為51%。
現經各方友好協商,杭州美廬與上海花樣年房地產開發有限公司共同出資設立中交花創(紹興)置業有限公司(以下簡稱“項目公司”)作為此項目的業務開展平台,項目公司註冊資本8億元,其中杭州美廬出資4.08億元,持股比例51%。
杭州美廬本次與合作方投資設立項目公司作為新項目業務開展的平台,有利於貫徹公司區域發展戰略,擴大公司經營規模,增強公司市場競爭能力,合作各方具備資金、資源方面較強的實力,具備履約能力,能夠保證本次共同投資的順利實施,本次對外投資對公司主營業務房地產開發的可持續發展將起到積極的作用。
