國銀租賃(01606.HK):100億美元中期票據計劃的上市將於5月25日開始生效
格隆匯5月22日丨國銀租賃(01606.HK)發佈公告,在該100億美元中期票據計劃下,公司,在遵守所有相關法律、法規和指令的情況下,可能會不時發行中期票據,且CDBL Funding 2在遵守所有相關法律、法規和指令的情況下,可能會不時發行由國銀租賃(國際)有限公司無條件及不可撤回地提供擔保且由國銀金融租賃股份有限公司提供維持良好及資產購買契據的中期票據。
已向香港聯合交易所有限公司提出申請計劃自2020年5月22日起計12個月內並僅以向專業投資者發行債務證券的方式上市,預期計劃的上市將於2020年5月25日開始生效。
