格隆匯5月22日丨普麗盛(300442.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入6.4億元，同比增長10.44%%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1340.56萬元，上年度為淨虧損2.41億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-2176.76萬元；基本每股收益0.13元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.27元(含税)。
公司從事液態食品灌裝機械和紙鋁複合無菌包裝材料的研發、生產與銷售，主要產品為灌裝機系列設備、前處理系列設備、紙鋁複合無菌包裝材料。
公司核心產品主要基於無菌灌裝技術，公司業已同時掌握了無菌紙鋁複合材料灌裝技術、無菌共擠材料灌裝技術、無菌紙罐灌裝技術、無菌HDPE和PE瓶、無菌杯等多種無菌灌裝技術。有能力獨家為客户輸出整線液態食品無菌灌裝技術、無菌灌裝智能生產線和包裝材料。
公司自成立以來一直專注於液態食品的包裝及其前處理領域，經歷了技術水平逐步提高、配套能力不斷增強的過程。目前客户羣體已拓展到蒙牛乳業(HK.2319)、伊利股份(600887)、光明乳業(600597)、三元股份(600429)、中國綠色食品(HK.00904)、福建達利集團(HK.3799)等知名液態食品企業。
影響上述經營情況的主要原因如下：(1)報告期內，受宏觀經濟環境及融資難的不利影響，為確保各塊業務的有序運營，公司將位於江蘇省吳江經濟技術開發區的蘇州食品廠房和土地出售，回籠近億元資金用於補充流動資金，從而有力保障了公司各項業務的有序開展；
(2)報告期內，包材類業務營業收入同比增長19.25%，營業利潤為2737.56萬元，較上年同期增加了3384.51萬元，淨利潤為2405.23萬元，較上年同期增加了3015.15萬元，主要原因如下：①受益於外貿出口退税(2018年10月起包材出口有13%的退税)政策的實施，外貿銷售額及毛利率顯著提升；②公司制訂較好的銷售激勵政策，採取營銷措施較為得當，致使國內新老客户銷量穩定增長；③公司新產品1L大包裝灌裝設備銷量穩步增長，客户包材用量也不斷上升。從而導致2019年包材業務銷售收入和淨利潤較上年同期均有所增長；
(3)報告期內，公司意大利全資子公司COMAN公司局面有所穩定，對流失的銷售和技術人員也進行了補充，但銷售業務能力仍有待加強，COMAN公司仍出現了一定程度的虧損，從而拖累了上市公司整體業績；
(4)報告期內，公司在提高各項工作效率的同時，把降低各項成本費用作為工作的重中之重，報告期內公司管理費用、銷售費用等費用合計減少3321.68萬元，較上年同期下降19.26%。
