寶馨科技(002514.SZ)：友智科技與杭州乾璐共設有限合夥企業完成工商註冊登記
格隆匯5月20日丨寶馨科技(002514.SZ)公佈，為在環保科技、高科技裝備、高端製造、新能源等領域拓寬新產品，推動外延式擴張，提升綜合競爭能力，公司之全資子公司南京友智科技有限公司(以下簡稱“友智科技”)擬與杭州乾璐投資管理有限公司(以下簡稱“杭州乾璐”)共同投資設立上海慧智合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“有限合夥企業”，最終名稱以工商登記為準)。合夥企業主要在環保科技、高科技裝備、高端製造、新能源等領域，圍繞友智科技發展方向進行企業投資及產業整合。合夥企業初期認繳出資總額人民幣2000萬元，友智科技為有限合夥人，出資人民幣1800萬元，佔出資比例90%；杭州乾璐為普通合夥人，負責合夥企業的運營管理，出資人民幣200萬元，佔出資比例10%。後期將根據投資或收購項目體量大小追加投資金額，投資比例不變，追加投資完成後合夥企業總投資規模不超過2億元，屆時將按照相關規定履行相應審批程序。
2020年5月14日，該有限合夥企業完成了工商註冊登記手續，並於近日取得了中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區市場監督管理局核發的《營業執照》，登記的主要信息如下：
1、名稱：上海寬湃科技合夥企業(有限合夥)
2、統一社會信用代碼：91310115MA1K4J9LXM
3、類型：有限合夥企業
4、主要經營場所：中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區張江路665號三層
5、執行事務合夥人：杭州乾璐投資管理有限公司(委派代表：徐亞清)
6、成立日期：2020年05月14日
7、合夥期限：2020年05月14日至不約定期限
8、經營範圍：一般項目：從事環保科技、新材料科技、信息科技、生物科技、通信科技、網絡科技領域內的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓，企業管理諮詢，商務信息諮詢，市場信息諮詢與調查(不得從事社會調研、社會調查、民意調查、民意測驗)。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
