中國移動(00941.HK)母公司與中國廣電訂立5G共建共享合作框架協議
格隆匯5月20日丨中國移動(00941.HK)發佈公告，公司近期接獲母公司中國移動通信集團有限公司通知，其已經與中國廣播電視網絡有限公司(“中國廣電”)訂立有關5G共建共享的合作框架協議，有關協議主要內容如下。
母公司現時持有全國範圍內，可用於第五代移動通信(5G)的2.6GHz、4.9GHz頻段無線電頻率使用許可。中國廣電現時已經取得第五代數字蜂窩移動通信業務經營許可，並可合法使用700MHz、4.9GHz頻段無線電頻率建設第五代移動通信(5G)網絡。
雙方將充分發揮各自優勢，連同其各自的關聯公司(包括但不限於協議各方直接或間接控股或控制的公司，我方合稱“中國移動”)，在合法合規前提下，順應產業趨勢，本着“共建、共享、共贏”的共識，基於“平等自願、共建共享、合作共贏、優勢互補”的總體原則，開展5G共建共享，以及內容和平台合作。
雙方聯合確定網絡建設計劃，按1：1比例共同投資建設700MHz5G無線網絡，共同所有並有權使用700MHz5G無線網絡資產。中國移動向中國廣電有償提供700MHz頻段5G基站至中國廣電在地市或者省中心對接點的傳輸承載網絡，並有償開放共享2.6GHz頻段5G網絡。中國移動將承擔700MHz無線網絡運行維護工作，中國廣電向中國移動支付網絡運行維護費用。在700MHz頻段5G網絡具備商用條件前，中國廣電有償共享中國移動2G/4G/5G網絡為其客户提供服務。中國移動為中國廣電有償提供國際業務轉接服務。雙方將在保持各自品牌和運營獨立的基礎上，共同探索產品、運營等方面的模式創新，開展內容、平台等多方面深入合作，並開展渠道、客户服務等方面合作運營。
雙方的合作期限自5G合作框架協議生效之日起至2031年12月31日，合作期限屆滿前，任何一方有意續約的，雙方將就5G合作框架協議續約事宜進行協商。
公司相信，藉訂立5G合作框架協議，協議雙方可發揮5G技術、頻率資源等方面的優勢，集約高效地實現5G網絡覆蓋。推動雙方在內容方面合作，共同打造“網絡+內容”生態，達成雙方互利共贏。公司將持續推進“5G+”計劃，加快實現技術升級、網絡升級、應用升級、運營升級、生態升級，推動5G融入百業、服務大眾，助力公司持續高質量發展。雙方將就5G合作框架協議中的具體方案按照市場化原則進行協商落實。
