光匯石油(00933.HK)與多數債權人達成和解及獲主要合作伙伴融資 繼續停牌
格隆匯5月19日丨光匯石油(00933.HK)發佈公告，有關公司此前公告，薛光林因就 Brightoil Petroleum (S’pore) Pte. Ltd. (公司的全資附屬公司)所欠 Petrolimex Singapore Pte Ltd總額超過3000萬美元的債務提供擔保而被香港高等法院根據破產程序 HCB6051/2018裁定破產。2020年5月14日，Petrolimex、Brightoil Petroleum (S’pore) Pte. Ltd.與公司已訂立一項有關償還 Petrolimex 現有債務的和解協議，並將妥善解決所欠 Petrolimex 的所有債務。
至此公司已與大多數債權人達成和解協議，其中包括豐田通商株式會社、Broad Action Limited、澳門國際銀行、Petco Trading Labuan Company Ltd、Haitong Global Investment SPC III、Qatar National Bank (Q.P.S.C.)新加坡分行及 Slaughter and May。公司及公司相關附屬公司亦與中國銀行深圳市分行及中國華融海外投資控股有限公司訂立了債務重組協議。
通過妥善處理有關薛光林提供個人擔保的大多數債權人的債務，預計此舉將有助薛光林加快解除破產程序。
而作為主要合作伙伴，中國華融海外投資控股有限公司繼於2019年年底向公司的多間全資附屬公司提供約3.62億美元為期5至12年不等的融資，以收購公司的債務及對公司現有債務進行了重組之後，又於2020年5月19日向公司提供了3000萬美元貸款，以支持公司的營運並償還部分未償還債務，為公司的債務重組，以及疫情期間的營運提供了大力支持。
公司於聯交所買賣的股份已暫停，以待公佈未刊發財務業績，並將繼續暫停直至另行通知。公司將於適當時候作進一步公告。
