格隆匯5月18日丨東方鋯業(002167.SZ)公佈，根據公司發展及戰略規劃需要，廣東東方鋯業科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)擬在焦作和汕頭分別投資設立全資子公司“焦作東鋯新材料有限公司”(具體名稱以工商核准登記的為準)，註冊資本5000萬元，公司出資比例100%;“汕頭東鋯技術服務有限公司”(具體名稱以工商核准登記的為準)，註冊資本100萬元，公司出資比例100%。
擬設立公司的基本情況：
1、焦作東鋯新材料有限公司
公司名稱：焦作東鋯新材料有限公司(以工商核准登記為準)
註冊資本：5000萬元
法定代表人：馮立明
註冊地址：焦作市中站區
擬定經營範圍：鋯系列製品及結構陶瓷製品。化工產品(不含化學危險品)的研製開發、銷售及技術服務。經營本企業自產產品及技術的出口服務；經營本企業生產所需的原輔材料、儀器儀表、機械設備、零配件及技術的進口業務(國家限定公司經營和國家禁止進出口的商品除外)。
資金來源及出資方式：自有資金。
股權結構：公司出資5000萬元，佔股比例為100%。
2、汕頭東鋯技術服務有限公司
公司名稱：汕頭東鋯技術服務有限公司(以工商核准登記為準)
註冊資本：100萬元
法定代表人：黃超華
擬定經營範圍：鋯系列製品及結構陶瓷製品的質檢技術服務，貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)，貿易經紀與代理，從事新材料領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務，工程管理服務；化工產品批發。
資金來源及出資方式：自有資金。
股權結構：公司出資100萬元，佔股比例為100%。
本次新設“焦作東鋯新材料有限公司”、“汕頭東鋯技術服務有限公司”的目係為適應公司發展戰略的需求，主要用於擴展公司的市場份額，優化公司戰略佈局，增強公司品牌影響力，提升公司綜合競爭實力和盈利水平，符合公司整體的發展規劃。
