彩星集團(00635.HK)發盈警,預期截至2020年3月31日止首季的收入約1.08億元,按年減少23.4%。另外,料期內錄得除物業重估及所得稅前溢利約600萬元,按年減少88.9%。
公司解釋,溢利減少主要是由於集團所投資之證券按公平值減少後之未變現虧損淨額為1,400萬元,相對於2019年同期的集團所投資之證券按公平值增加後之未變現收益淨額為1,900萬元;主要附屬公司彩星玩具集團錄得除所得稅前虧損約2,100萬元;受疫情影響導致消費意欲疲弱,餐飲業務2020年第一季收入下降約48%等原因所致。
