格隆匯5月14日丨大酒店(00045.HK)公佈,2020年第一季度,半島酒店香港出租率為14%,按年跌56個百分點;其他亞洲地區出租率為36%,按年跌36個百分點;美國及歐洲出租率為52%,按年跌5個百分點。
半島酒店香港一季度平均房租為4,395港元,按年跌26.62%;其他亞洲地區為2,887港元,按年升10.87%;美國及歐洲為5,711港元,按年跌1.07%。
香港平均可出租客房收入為616港元,按年跌85.21%;其他亞洲地區平均可出租客房收入為1,038港元,按年跌44.93%;美國及歐洲平均可出租客房收入為2,944港元,按年跌10.33%。
出租物業中,住宅出租率94%,按年跌3個百分點;商場出租率83%,按年跌4個百分點;辦公大樓出租率95%,按年跌5個百分點。
此外,住宅每平方尺每月平均收益48港元,按年持平;商場每平方尺每月平均收益率為132港元,按年跌20.96%;辦公大樓每平方尺每月平均收益為64港元,按年升1.59%。
