《盈利预喜》三和建筑集团(03822.HK)料年度亏转盈
三和建筑集团(03822.HK)发盈喜,集团预计截至今年3月31日止年度将录得不少於7,000万元的溢利(未减除任何机械及设备的减值亏损),而於去年则录得约5,000万元的亏损。主要由於年度建筑合约收入大增至约9亿元;及没有上年度就应收保留金所录得的约2,500万元减值亏损。
集团指,两个新增主要项目於年度内动工,即机场物流中心项目和将军澳跨湾连接路项目。截至年度末,该两个项目已完成90%或以上。另一方面,集团正在评估机械及设备有否减值迹象。任何减值亏损将导致本年度溢利有所减少。惟减值亏损为非现金性质,并不会影响集团的现金状况。
