中飛股份(300489.SZ):擬向控股股東借款累計不超1700萬元
格隆匯5月13日丨中飛股份(300489.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年5月13日召開第三屆董事會第二十九次會議,審議通過了《關於向關聯方借款暨關聯交易的議案》。
為滿足公司生產經營需求,提高融資效率,公司擬與控股股東佛山粵邦投資管理有限公司(“粵邦投資”)簽訂《借款協議》,公司擬向粵邦投資借款累計不超過人民幣1700萬元,用於補充公司流動資金及對外投資。借款期限自董事會審議通過之日起十二個月內,借款利率參照銀行同期貸款基準利率水平確定,利息按實際借款額和用款天數計算。
