宝业集团(02355.HK)控股股东考虑私有化建议 5月11日起复牌
格隆汇5月10日丨宝业集团(02355.HK)发布公告,董事会注意到近期公司H股股价及成交量的异常波动。董事会获悉公司控股股东正在考虑一项潜在的私有化建议,倘该项交易达成,则可能撤销公司H股股份在联交所的上市地位。截至该公告日期,各方就潜在交易尚未达成任何协定条款或意向书或需知会董事会的协定条款或意向书。
应公司要求,公司H股股份已于2020年5月6日下午14时36分起在联交所短暂停牌,以待刊发本公告。公司已向联交所申请于2020年5月11日上午9时起恢复买卖公司H股股份。
