順網科技(300113.SZ)：子公司吉勝科技變更經營範圍
格隆匯5月8日丨順網科技(300113.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司成都吉勝科技有限責任公司(“吉勝科技”)因業務發展需要，對其經營範圍進行了變更。近日，吉勝科技已完成工商變更登記手續並取得新的《營業執照》。
經營範圍，變更前為：計算機軟件技術服務、技術轉讓；計算機硬件的設計；網站、網絡維護；零售計算機軟硬件及配件、通訊設備（不含無線電廣播電視發射設備及地面衞星接收設備）、儀器儀表、辦公設備、文化體育設備(不含圖書、報刊、音像、電子出版物)、機電設備（不含九座以下乘用車）、汽車配件、摩托車及配件、五金交電、建築材料（不含危險化學品）、金屬材料（不含稀貴金屬）、建築裝飾材料、電子產品、文化用品（不含圖書、報刊、音像、電子出版物）、照相器材、化粧品、計劃生育用品、化工產品（不含危險化學品）、針紡織品、服裝、日用品、珠寶首飾、水果、蔬菜、花卉、鐘錶、眼鏡、玩具、工藝美術品；批發兼零售預包裝食品兼散裝食品、乳製品（含嬰幼兒配方乳粉）（未取得相關行政許可（審批）），不得開展經營活動）；設計、製作、代理、發佈國內各類廣告業務（氣球廣告除外）；計算機軟硬件開發；（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）。
變更後為：計算機軟件技術服務、技術轉讓；增值電信業務經營（憑增值電信業務經營許可證在有效期內經營）; 利用信息網絡經營遊戲產品（含網絡遊戲虛擬貨幣發行）（憑網絡文化經營許可證在有效期內經營）；計算機硬件的設計；網站、網絡維護；零售計算機軟硬件及配件、通訊設備（不含無線電廣播電視發射設備及地面衞星接收設備）、儀器儀表、辦公設備、文化體育設備(不含圖書、報刊、音像、電子出版物)、機電設備（不含九座以下乘用車）、汽車配件、摩托車及配件、五金交電、建築材料（不含危險化學品）、金屬材料（不含稀貴金屬）、建築裝飾材料、電子產品、文化用品（不含圖書、報刊、音像、電子出版物）、照相器材、化粧品、計劃生育用品、化工產品（不含危險化學品）、針紡織品、服裝、日用品、珠寶首飾、水果、蔬菜、花卉、鐘錶、眼鏡、玩具、工藝美術品；批發兼零售預包裝食品兼散裝食品、乳製品（含嬰幼兒配方乳粉）（未取得相關行政許可（審批）），不得開展經營活動）；設計、製作、代理、發佈國內各類廣告業務（氣球廣告除外）；計算機軟硬件開發；（依法須經批準的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）。
