創維集團(00751.HK)一季度股東應占溢利升91.5%至2.03億元 毛利率升至22.8%
格隆匯5月6日丨創維集團(00751.HK)公告,截至2020年3月31日止3個月,公司總營業額達67.52億元人民幣,毛利達15.39億元;期間溢利2.66億元,同比增長53.76%;公司擁有人應占溢利2.03億元,同比增長91.5%。
截至2020年3月31日止3個月,集團酷開系統的互聯網增值服務收入取得人民幣2.64億元,較去年同期大幅度增長36.1%。截至2020年3月31日止,酷開系統在中國市場累計智能終端機啟動總量4,679萬,智能終端機月活躍量3,045萬,其中日均活躍量1,899萬。
於本報告期間,因受新冠肺炎疫情影響,中國市民均減少外出,留在家中觀看電視時間大幅增加,因此,酷開系統的活躍用户及互聯網增值服務收入均取得可觀增長。
一季度集團整體毛利率為22.8%,較去年同期的18.8%上升4.0個百分點。於本報告期間,毛利率與去年同期比較顯著提高,主要是根據最新税項政策,部分符合政策條件的收入不屬於增值税應税收入,集團於本報告期間開出紅字增值税發票衝回部分增值税,並增加銷售收入。同時,因集團持續推進對經營的精細化管理,採取多種綜合手段提升產品的毛利率,減低企業經營成本,保障企業健康運作。當中包括加強銷售價格管控、提升高毛利產品及高端智能電視系統產品於銷售結構中的佔比、加強評估低毛利的合作項目以減少虧損專案的發生、提升對客户的服務水準、創造附加價值、加強與其他產業的戰略合作、結合應用創新技術為產品帶來新元素等方法,使集團的毛利率上升。
2020年,創維董事會提出“投資、創新、改革”工作方針,要求管理者“不斷突破思維定式,創新發展模式”,大力實施智能化、國際化、精細化戰略,伴隨國家加快推動新基建建設,加速智能人居領域和超高清視頻產業的關鍵技術和產品的研發,加快資產結構、產業結構、人才結構調整,努力創造新業績、新價值。面對疫情襲擊,世界經濟發展出現巨大不確定性,創維集團將抓住市場變化的新機遇,加快業務發展,完善網路行銷體系建設,促進創維產品的銷售增長,為股東和廣大投資者創造新價值。
