南京高科(600064.SH):授權董事長在20億元額度範圍內向南京銀行進行借款
格隆匯4月30日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈,經2020年4月28日公司第九屆董事會第二十三次會議審議通過,董事會同意授權董事長按市場化定價原則在20億元額度範圍內根據公司(含公司控股子公司)實際情況向南京銀行股份有限公司進行借款,授權有效期(借款合同簽署日)至2021年6月30日。
此項關聯交易不構成《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》規定的重大資產重組。由於公司系南京銀行持股5%以上的股東,此事項構成關聯交易。
