浙江聯合投資(08366.HK)：5G同步虛擬實景無人機專案進展順利 產品已研發成功
格隆匯4月28日丨浙江聯合投資(08366.HK)公佈，有關進行、營運及投資第五代蜂窩網絡技術與虛擬實境串流無人機同步項目("5G同步虛擬實境無人機項目")；及與華冠通訊股份有限公司訂立合作協議，成立合資企業。
公司現就上述自願公告做如下説明：
1.董事會知悉昨日公司股份價格下跌及成交量上升，董事會確認並不知悉任何理由導致該股價和成交量之變動，集團業務及運作一切正常；
2.公司年前與華冠通訊股份有限公司簽訂的合作協議進展順利，目前合資企業PAI Mobile Holdings Limited已經成立，雖然受疫情影響，相關進展比預定有所延期，但是一切計劃不變，相關測試機也在準備發佈中。
3.合資企業將於近期有機會獲得雙面屏手機產品授權。
4.對於2019年9月19日公告提及5G同步虛擬實景無人機專案進展順利，目前該產品已研發成功，並且公司合作的訂約方最近在西溪濕地完成了直播路演，該款藉助5G通訊技術，通過雲平台遠程式控制制無人機，實現實時高清圖傳的系統，可支援在線實時直播觀看，實現了用户身臨其境的極佳觀感體驗。利用5G同步虛擬實境無人機，可在旅遊項目上，能做到足不出户，線上遊覽着名景點的實時風景。運用一套由5台無人機組成的全天侯無人值守遠程式控制終端系統，實現線上實時遊覽直播。無人機自主導航、自主飛行，自主起降，由停機坪機器人實現自動充電。用户可在無人機懸停、飛行期間參與瀏覽，體驗雲端旅遊。
目前公司正積極與訂約方在新產品路演成功的基礎上，就前期合作備忘錄中的進一步合作細節:包括具體銷售、旅遊景點應用和推廣以及直播平台的整合上，進行磋商和確認，相關進程和細節待簽訂相關協議後會進一步公告。
望於5G服務的大好前景下，集團能夠在承接5G基站建設之基礎上，延伸相關個人終端產品的開發和合作於市場分一杯羹，在5G業務上，搶佔一席，為本集團5G業務及智慧城市建設基礎紮實。
