泰禾集團迴應“失信”，股價一度跌逾4%
4月24日，中國執行信息網顯示，東莞市金澤置業投資有限公司因為債務問題，被列為失信被執行人。

具體而言，生效法律文書確定的義務：
第一，截至2019年12月31日止，東莞市金澤置業投資有限公司應當償還西藏信託有限公司的債務為：本金1.2億元，自2019年6月21日至2019年12月31日期間的利息、罰息共計11281067.33元；
第二，西藏信託有限公司同意東莞市金澤置業投資有限公司分期清償剩餘債務本息。履行情況為全部未履行。
早在去年11月，西藏信託決定向北京市第四中級人民法院對泰禾集團、黃其森、福建中維地產、東莞金澤置業等6個被告提起訴訟，案件於2020年2月11日開庭。
據工商資料顯示，東莞市金澤置業的控股股東為福建中維房地產開發有限公司，持股比例為80%，而後者又是泰禾集團100%控股子公司。
而泰禾集團的控股股東是泰禾投資集團，持股比例為48.97%，穿透後公司實控人為黃其森。

通過在中國執行信息網關鍵詞搜索 “黃其森”（泰禾集團董事長），一共有8條被執行人記錄。其中，今年4月份有2條記錄，1月份有4條記錄。

對此，泰禾方面迴應表示，公司與西藏信託已於去年末就付款事項達成和解，不過此後西藏信託又提起訴訟，公司不存在任何信託違約情況，同時，目前正在跟對方協商更具可執行性的和解方案，將很快解決。
其實，2018年以來，泰禾集團資金鍊緊張陷入債務危機傳聞不絕於耳。為了緩解流動性危機，出售旗下部分項目，僅向世茂出售的項目股權規模就接近100億元。另外，泰禾集團還暫停拿地、發債融資、大力促銷、裁員以及抓緊回款等等。
此外，4月20日， 泰禾集團 股份有限公司公告稱，要延期披露2019年經審計年度報告。據悉，泰禾集團表示，擬將2019年經審計年度報告的披露日期由原預計的2020年4月30日延期至2020年6月15日。
公告顯示，主要原因為，負責年度審計工作的大華會計師事務所（特殊普通合夥），受疫情防控影響，由於人員流動及現場工作受到影響，其對公司部分項目盤點不能及時開展。
今日，泰禾集團低開1%，並再度走弱，盤中一度跌逾4%。截止發稿前，股價暫報4.5元，跌幅超3%，市值僅為112億元。
