格隆匯4月26日丨美聯新材(300586.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，實現營業收入12.60億元，同比增長115.90%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9011.18萬元，同比增長42.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8551.04萬元，同比增長42.87%；基本每股收益0.38元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.75元(含税)，送紅股3股(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增6股。
公司主要從事高分子複合着色材料的研發、生產、銷售和技術服務，為客户提供塑料着色一體化解決方案；設計、開發、生產和銷售三聚氯氰及衍生產品。
高分子複合着色材料，是指按照客户需求將顏料與助劑、樹脂根據配方比例加工製成的複合材料，具有着色效果好、使用方便、計量準確、自動化程度高等優點，減少下游企業配色、添加顏料生產環節，大幅提高了下游產品的質量及設備利用效率。另外，高分子複合着色材料還具有自身生產過程和下游製品生產過程無粉塵污染，易於複合抗靜電、阻燃、透氣、耐候、抗氧化等功能，減少下游企業添加改性助劑的成本和生產環節，提升下游產品的性價比。
公司的主營產品包括白色母粒、黑色母粒、彩色母粒、功能母粒、功能新材料等系列產品和三聚氯氰。色母粒產品廣泛應用於包裝材料、日用塑料製品、個人護理品材料、醫療器械材料、嬰幼兒用品及玩具、建築材料、工程塑料、電線電纜等；三聚氯氰產品是一種精細化工中間體，主要用於旱田農藥除草劑、熒光增白劑和染料、顏料等行業，也用於樹脂、橡膠、聚合物防老劑、照相感光劑、生物醫藥、表面活性劑等助劑行業。
報告期內公司深耕國內外市場，制定貼近市場的營銷策略，努力拓展新市場，開發新客户，使主營業務色母粒產品收入取得了穩步增長。報告期內，公司主營業務色母粒產品實現營業收入5.66億元，同比增長15.19%。
報告期內，子公司營創三徵全年實現營業收入9.64億元，同比下降13.69%；實現淨利潤1.19億元，同比下降23.62%。報告期內，其主營業務三聚氯氰產品全年實現營業收入8.27億元，同比下降12.28%。營創三徵的營業收入和淨利潤較去年同期大幅下降的原因主要如下：
①由於江蘇省響水化工園區2019年3月21日發生重大安全事故，該事件直接導致營創三徵在該園區內的重點客户停產，進而對營創三徵三聚氯氰產品的銷售造成不利影響；
②行業內出現新的進入者，導致行業競爭加劇。
