牧原股份(002714.SZ)：擬在右江區、興賓區、樂安縣、金堂縣等地設立子公司
格隆匯4月26日丨牧原股份(002714.SZ)公佈，公司2020年4月24日召開的第三屆董事會第二十六次會議逐項審議通過了《關於設立子公司的議案》。
公司以自有資金出資設立右江牧原、興賓牧原、樂安牧原、金堂牧原、安鄉牧原、獨山牧原、海州牧原、東海牧原、洪澤牧原、阜寧牧原、溧水牧原、六合牧原、江寧牧原、鎮江牧原、內黃牧原、沽源牧原、郯城牧原、神池牧原、洪洞牧原、鄭州牧原數字化；公司子公司河南牧原肉食品有限公司(“牧原肉食”)以自有資金出資設立林甸肉食、滑縣肉食、曹縣肉食；河南牧原糧食貿易有限公司(“牧原糧貿”)以自有資金出資設立鄭州糧貿。
隨着公司養殖規模的逐步擴大，結合公司戰略發展需要，公司將進一步打造集科研、飼料加工、生豬育種、種豬擴繁、商品豬飼養、生豬屠宰為一體的生豬產業鏈。公司在廣西壯族自治區百色市右江區、廣西壯族自治區來賓市興賓區、江西省撫州市樂安縣、四川省成都市金堂縣、湖南省常德市安鄉縣等19個地區設立子公司開展生豬養殖業務，有利於公司擴大生產規模，提高公司產品市場佔有率，獲取規模經濟效益，實現全體股東的利益最大化。
公司在河南省鄭州市設立鄭州牧原數字化有利於引進優秀人才，加強公司信息化標準化管理，提高公司管理效率。
牧原肉食在黑龍江省大慶市林甸縣、河南省安陽市滑縣、山東省菏澤市曹縣設立子公司開展生豬屠宰業務是着眼於公司業務佈局的完善和長期戰略發展規劃，是根據行業形勢的變化以及公司長遠發展規劃的考慮，是公司由養殖環節向下游發展的重要舉措，將對公司未來發展有重要而積極意義；有利於公司實施戰略發展規劃，提高核心競爭力，進一步增強公司的綜合競爭力和盈利能力，鞏固公司在行業內的地位，有利於公司的長期和持續發展，會產生良好的經濟效益和社會效益。
牧原糧貿在河南省鄭州市設立鄭州糧貿有助於完善供應鏈管理，穩定原輔材料供應，減少採購中間環節。
