林達控股(01041.HK)與中信國通投資等訂立戰略合作備忘錄
格隆匯4月26日丨林達控股(01041.HK)公佈，於2020年4月24日，公司與中信國通投資、中信國通企業及中信國際資產管理訂立戰略合作備忘錄。根據戰略合作備忘錄，公司、中信國通投資、中信國通企業及中信國際資產管理均已同意於多領域進行合作。
根據戰略合作備忘錄，公司將設立一支聯合盡職調查團隊以對中信國通企業的資產（其中總資產淨值及資產總值分別約人民幣5000萬元及人民幣5億元）進行盡職調查工作，以便公司於完成收購中信國通投資所持有的中信國通企業的全部股權後，承債式收購中信國通企業的資產組合，債務主要來源於中信國通投資的股東貸款。
於收購事項完成後，公司將與中信國際資產管理共同向中信國通投資注資，在中信國通投資的資產淨值及資產總值分別不少於5000萬港元及5億港元的基礎上，與中信國際資產管理形成全面戰略合作伙伴關係，以探索國內外的潛在投資良機。
由於集團獲准從事證券及期貨條例項下第1、第4及第9類受規管活動，公司將利用公司牌照和中信國通投資針對於不良資產處置領域出現的特殊機會聯合其他中外資本夥伴在近期內發起設立特別機會基金。
公司稱，藉助訂立戰略合作備忘錄，公司將能夠透過與中信國通投資、中信國通企業及中信國際資產管理各方合作，擴大其現有投資組合及提高其品牌知名度。
依託中信國通投資、中信國通企業及中信國際資產管理各方的品牌及資源優勢，公司將能夠與國家主權基金及發展投資機構進行合作。通過與中信國通投資、中信國通企業及中信國際資產管理各方以及彼等各自的聯營公司和外部央企、地方政府資本運營平台、地方國企、香港著名本土企業、僑商的業務協同，公司將能夠藉助與中信國通投資設立特別機會基金，把握不良資產管理等市場機遇，原因為中信國通投資及中信國通企業在中國資產管理行業聲譽卓越並於管理不良資產方面享有競爭優勢。
