中糧資本(002423.SZ)：2019年度淨利潤升27.88%至6.52億元 擬10派0.28元
格隆匯4月24日丨中糧資本(002423.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業收入3.27億元，同比下降75.06%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.52億元，同比增長27.88%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.09億元，上年同期虧損1.92億元；基本每股收益0.2831元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.28元(含税)。
公司在報告期初完成重大資產重組後，通過控股中糧資本投資有限公司，業務範圍涵蓋保險、信託、期貨、銀行等多項金融業務，成為以農業金融為特色的金融控股平台。
(1)保險業務：報告期內，中英人壽在我國保險行業整體迴歸“保險姓保”、強調合規經營的大背景下，堅持價值成長的經營理念，通過建設專業的個險代理人核心渠道增強業務競爭力，通過打造高效投資團隊增強投資競爭力，通過建設高素質內勤團隊增強人才競爭力，通過為廣大保户提供貼心的全面人身保障增強服務競爭力。2019年，中英人壽主要經營指標均實現同比增長，原保險保費收入、新單年繳化保費等指標均創開業以來新高，償付能力繼續保持充足水平。
(2)信託業務：報告期內，中糧信託面對我國信託行業的巨大轉型壓力，堅持“三年三步走”的轉型發展規劃，聚焦產業金融服務能力、消費金融服務能力和財富專業管理能力三大核心競爭力建設，突出信託主營業務，結合中糧集團產業，嚴格防控項目風險，大力推進財富管理團隊建設。2019年，中糧信託淨利潤較上一年實現顯著增長，主動管理類信託規模逐步提升。
(3)期貨業務：報告期內，中糧期貨面對我國期貨市場品種擴容、行業競爭日趨激烈的形勢，在堅持以期貨經紀業務為基礎的同時，以打造行業領先的特色衍生品交易服務商為目標，持續加強風險管理業務、資產管理業務和國際化業務等核心競爭力的培育，業務轉型升級初見成效。2019年，中糧期貨營業收入和淨利潤較去年同期均實現較好增長，連續第六年榮獲中國期貨業協會AA級最高評級。
(4)銀行業務：報告期內，龍江銀行依託黑龍江省豐富的農業資源，深耕當地農業金融市場，在圍繞農業龍頭企業開展業務的同時，致力於服務上下游中小企業、農民專業合作社和家庭農場，打造農業供應鏈金融新模式；並通過構建特色化、專業化的小微企業金融服務體系，打造通用型、區域型的具有自身特色的小微信貸模式。
