格隆匯4月24日丨深圳控股(00604.HK)宣佈,2020年3月份集團合同銷售額約為人民幣13.89億元,較上個月上漲約1029.3%,較去年同期上漲146.7%,合同銷售面積約為42,871平方米,較上個月上漲約2301.7%,較去年同期上漲65.1%。
2020年1-3月份,集團總合同銷售額約人民幣25.71億元,較去年同期上漲77.4%,總合同銷售面積約79,194平方米,較去年同期下降1.4%,每平方米平均售價約為人民幣32,462元。
