大悅城(00207.HK)首季合同銷售增長1.43倍至近22億人幣
大悅城(00207.HK)公布,截至3月底止公司連同其附屬、聯營及合營公司合同銷售額約21.9億元人民幣,按年增長1.43倍,涉及總面積約為41,177平方米,減少15.5%。
投資物業方面,除中糧置地廣場及香港中糧大廈平均租金單價分別增長52%及5%外,大悅城商場等其餘物業平均租金單價按年跌幅介乎1%至46%。
三亞及北京共3家酒店平均出租率降至23%至30%,平均可出租客房收入介乎524至677元人民幣,對比去年同期63%至95%出出租率及平均1,348至1,728元人民幣客房收入明顯下跌。
