新加坡室内装修服务供应商Raffles Interior(01376.HK)公布招股详情,计划发行2.5亿股,其中公开发售占10%,国际配售占90%。於今日起(21日)至周五(24日)公开招股,招股价介乎0.5元至0.65元,每手8,000股,入场费为5,252.4。该股预计於5月7日上市,新华汇富为独家保荐人。
以发售价中位数0.58元来计,公司预计所得款项净额为8,510万元,当中32.2%用於招聘新或额外技术雇员及支援员工以及招聘MEP技术人员及向建设局申请注册若干ME工种等;28.4%用作租赁新租赁物业扩充现有生产设施;15.2%用作收购一间总部设於新加坡的室内设计公司;9.2%用作投资於硬件设备及电脑软件;5.5%用作购置新机器及设备;以及9.5% 用作一般营运资金。
