海航科技(600751.SH)2019年淨利升766.35%至5.22億元
格隆匯4月19日丨海航科技(600751.SH)披露2019年年度報告，報告期內，實現營業收入3271.53億元，同比減少2.77%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.22億元，同比增長766.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.19億元，同比增長475.04%；基本每股收益0.18元。
面對複雜多變的市場環境，公司管理層積極探索發展轉型，結合國家“一帶一路”戰略及數字經濟時代的行業發展，公司聚焦主業不斷做大做強IT供應鏈及技術解決方案業務，持續加大對未來技術趨勢業務的投入，並徹底剝離非核心業務，聚焦運營效率提升及高利潤業務的擴大。報告期內，新型冠狀病毒引起的肺炎疫情未對公司生產經營產生重大影響，公司後續將持續做好各類防疫工作。
(一)核心業務保持穩定，盈利能力大幅提升
2019年英邁國際實現收入471.97億美元，同比減少6.42%，淨利潤5.05億美元，同比增加43.43%。核心運營指標同比穩步提升，收入規模、運營效率及盈利能力均處於行業前列。
(二)加快雲服務及其他高利潤業務的佈局及投入
隨着企業的雲產品IT支出快速增長以及雲計算技術的不斷成熟，企業級雲服務需求未來將會出現激增。2019年，英邁國際的雲服務業務收入約1.85億美元，同比增長25%，已經連續三年同比增長超20%，未來還將不斷加大對於雲服務的投入，並專注於增強CloudBlue平台的業務復購率及用户基數的擴大，進一步推動託管服務及增值服務業務的增速，促進交易從Odin/Ensim到CloudBlue的平台轉換。此外，還將重點發展高階技術解決方案組合、電子商務服務、全球IT資產處置等高利潤業務。
(三)其他業務情況
2019年，公司繼續參與天津正東科技園物聯網平台建設，提供智慧園區解決方案，通過雲、IoT技術，幫助園區建立一體化綜合運營管理平台，以提升園區運營效率、降低運營成本、擴大盈利空間。
由於中國境內的雲集市業務發展不及公司預期，尚未實現盈虧平衡,公司在2019年一季度進一步縮減資金和人員投資，審慎規劃中國境內雲集市業務。2019年二季度，公司在判斷綜合市場環境後，並從提升公司利潤角度考慮，暫停中國境內雲集市業務運營，對服務器等軟硬件設備進行備份、封存，待後續市場環境更加成熟後再次決定是否重啟該業務。
