格隆汇4月17日丨宜昌交运(002627.SZ)公布,公司原计划于2020年4月25日披露《2019年年度报告》。受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响,公司与审计机构的复工时间及工作安排均较原计划延迟,预计无法于2020年4月25日披露《2019年年度报告》。
本着审慎原则及对广大投资者负责的态度,为确保年度报告的准确性及完整性,经公司与年报审计会计师事务所慎重研究,向深圳证券交易所申请,公司2019年年度报告披露时间延期至2020年4月30日。
