珠海港(000507.SZ)2019年度淨利升31.51%至2.22億元 擬10派0.5元
格隆匯4月15日丨珠海港(000507.SZ)發佈2019年年度報告，營業收入33.22億元，同比增長27.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.22億元，同比增長31.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利2.21億元，同比增長41.93%；基本每股收益0.2513元；擬每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
面對石材進出口市場整體疲軟的形勢，雲浮新港持續優化貨種結構，非石材貨種佔比提升12.1%，內貿中轉業務發展迅速，全年實現貨物吞吐量528萬噸，同比增長10.9%，集裝箱吞吐量24萬標箱，同比增長3.2%，成為西江流域連接粵桂的重要中轉樞紐港。梧州港務年內完成3、4號泊位建設工作，新增貨物吞吐能力80萬噸；通過積極開展“內轉外”以及拆裝箱業務，推進糧食筒倉建設帶動糧食業務，全年實現貨物吞吐量172萬噸，同比增長8.4%，集裝箱吞吐量8.4萬標箱，同比增長18%。桂平新龍碼頭完成徵地工作，啟動2、3號泊位及配套工程建設工作。
公司首次非公開發行A股股票並募資10.2億元投入航運物流產業，以珠海港航運為主體，進一步提速自有船隊的建設步伐，2019年新增自有運力9.7萬噸，目前航運板塊自有運力已達14.5萬噸，總控制運力超過43萬噸；成功開通首條南北沿海鋼材定期班輪，服務南北鋼材供應鏈業務；以高欄母港為中心，強化對西江流域網絡輻射效應，2019年穩定運營25條西江駁船快線，運量達65萬標箱，同比增長64.9%，經珠海港轉運西江流域的貨物吞吐量累計完成4375.84萬噸，同比增長5.22%。
物流供應鏈板塊以高欄母港為中心、以大宗散貨供應鏈業務為主導，在建立健全風險控制體系基礎上，重點聚焦煤炭、糧食、鋼材等大宗散貨供應鏈業務，全年實現業務量154.31萬噸，同比增長141%。珠海港物流拓展綠色回收物流業務，大力發展多式聯運業務，目前已開通23條多式聯運通道，全年通過海鐵聯運模式運輸的集裝箱量3.6萬標箱，同比增長64%，助推無水港及“川貴廣—南亞國際物流大通道”建設。
港興燃氣積極落實市委市政府加快粵澳深度合作部署，歷史性實現了珠澳兩地燃氣互聯互通，提升對澳門本島及氹仔片區的天然氣多氣源供應和應急供氣保障。積極落實老舊小區加建燃氣管道工程，截止2019年累計已完成約280公里市政燃氣管道建設，實現銷氣量7936萬標方，同比增長93.62%。
