格隆匯4月14日丨*ST河化(000953.SZ)披露2020年第一季度業績預告,預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約750萬元至950萬元,上年同期虧損1637.78萬元;基本每股收益約0.0220元至0.0279元。業績變動原因如下:
1、公司2019年對尿素生產相關實物資產、負債進行置出,公司對該部分虧損資產不再合併報表。
2、公司2019年底完成對重慶南鬆醫藥科技有限公司的收購工作,公司將其正式納入合併範圍。同時受疫情影響,南鬆醫藥產品銷量增加,提高公司一季度利潤水平。
