國家電網啟動新一輪充電樁建設,充電樁板塊盤中直線拉昇
今日,充電樁板塊發力走強。其中,國電南自強勢漲停,國軒高科、雪萊特、奧特迅高漲超6%,科士達、中恆電氣、中國寶安、思源電氣、特鋭德與科林電器等均明顯上漲。

值得一提的是,國電南自(600268.SH)今日開盤直線拉昇至漲停封板,截至收盤,報收7.02元/每股,換手率達8.65%,成交額3.77億元,總市值近49億元。

消息面上,國家電網今日啟動新一輪充電樁建設,計劃安排充電樁建設投資27億元,新增充電樁7.8萬個,項目分佈在北京、天津、河北、上海、江蘇、湖南、青海等24個省(市),涵蓋公共、專用、物流、環衞、社區以及港口岸電等多種類型。
其中居住區充電樁5.3萬個,公共充電樁1.8萬個,專用充電樁0.7萬個,岸電設施150個。補齊居民區充電難、平台互聯互通不足等行業短板,以科技創新和深化改革為動力,打造示範樣板,帶動社會資本共建共營共享,實現高質量發展。根據測算,能帶動新能源汽車消費超過200億元。
同時,國網公司今年年重點工作要求車聯網平台接入充電樁100萬個,而目前接入量僅45.7萬個,全年接入量將翻倍。不少地方政府也在充電樁建設運營方面提出了更為優惠的政策支持,充電樁正在成為“新基建”的重要抓手。
國網表示,預計今年年底接入數量目標較當前水平有望實現翻倍提升。
另外,在此前3月,工信部舉行會議研討推動公共領域用車電動化,未來望積極推動公交、環衞、郵政、出租、通勤、輕型物流配送等車輛電動化。其認為公共領域電動化的提升將直接利好公共充電運營市場,跟隨新能源車保有量數量擴大,充電運營市場具備藍海潛力,而隨着用户規模增長,充電樁運營企業也有望以更加針對性和多樣化的增值服務方式實現用户價值變現,預計運營市場2021年市場規模可達340億元。
基本面上,據國電南自2019年年報顯示,上年營業收入49.47億元,歸母淨利潤0.56億元,扣非歸母淨利潤0.11億元,分別同比增長0.33%、7.78、108.89%。

值得一提的是,該公司扣非歸母淨利潤在此前三年均為負值,但在2019年實現了扭虧為盈,並達到了上市以來最高值。
此外,太平洋證券表示,受疫情影響,3月國內新能源車銷量5.3萬輛,同比下降53%。但是國產特斯 Model 3銷售火爆。Model 3從1月份開售,3月份銷量已經過萬輛,Q1累計銷售1.67萬輛。新能源車行業正從政策驅動向市場驅動轉變。新能源車行業長期成長空間清晰,各細分子行業的龍頭公司都有巨大的成長空間。
國盛證券指出,國網強調加快推動充電樁建設,並重點推廣充電“合夥人”計劃。充電樁作為新基建重點領域之一,將發揮“補短板”與“促創新”的重要作用,並有望成為政策重要的着力點,要加快研究推動新能源汽車充電樁建設,預判國網今年對充電樁領域的投入將更加積極。
