福特汽车料疫情导致首季税前亏损6亿美元
福特汽车(Ford)表示,由於疫情爆发影响销售并关闭工厂,导致向经销商的汽车销量按年减少21%,预计首季将录得6亿美元税前亏损,收入约为340亿美元。
福特汽车表示,目前只有在中国的合资公司正在生产,目前正在研究从第二季开始分阶段重启工厂的方案。财务总监Tim Stone表示,即使在第三季末前没有增加汽车生产、批发或融资活动下,集团仍有足够的现金。
截至4月9日福特汽车拥有约300亿美元现金,当中包括上月透过两个现有的信贷额度所借入的154亿美元。集团表示,任何重启工厂的决定都将与当地工会、供应商、经销商及其他持份者合作。
